Nous cherchons à comprendre la progression tumorale et la réaction immunitaire contre le cancer, de la lésion précancéreuse à la métastase, en utilisant la biologie intégrative et la bioinformatique, afin d’améliorer la prise en charge immunothérapeutique des patients atteints de cancer. Nos projets de recherche se concentrent sur l’analyse de l’immunité préexistante et sa modulation.

Quantification de l’immunoscore. Coloration chromogène CD3 sur tissu tumoral colorectal par IHC (à gauche). Caractérisation du microenvironnement immunitaire de la tumeur.
